By accessing or using Contentine ("Service"), operated by BeyondITL Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Contentine provides AI-powered YouTube video analysis using Google's Gemini multimodal AI. The Service analyzes publicly available YouTube video content including hooks, thumbnails, pacing, content structure, and presentation style. The Service includes "Contentine Analyze" (currently available) and planned future products ("Contentine Brief" and "Contentine Create").

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Usage Modes

The Service offers two usage modes:

Quick Mode: Uses pre-purchased credits to analyze videos. Credits are non-refundable and may expire as described in the Service.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Mode: You provide your own Google Gemini API key. You are solely responsible for your API key usage, costs, and compliance with Google's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe upon the rights of others
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
Attempt to bypass any rate limits, security measures, or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by BeyondITL Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Analysis reports generated by the Service are provided for your personal or internal business use. YouTube content analyzed through the Service remains the property of its respective owners.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services including the YouTube Data API and Google Gemini AI. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of BYOK mode is subject to Google's API terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or report generated by the Service. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeyondITL Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BeyondITL Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
